Christmas Day, 2009
Christmas this year was very busy, and yet, very fun! The boys had a great holiday, and we all enjoyed watching Caroline experience her first Christmas. Some of the "hit" presents this year were: Breton - Nintendo DSi from Santa, Star Wars toys from Mamaw and Papaw, Lots of Bakugan from Granna, and Toy Story Mania (for the Wii) from Nessa and B. Bryson - Batman toys from Santa as well as a Zhu Zhu pet (Thankgoodness Santa found one!!!!) , Star Wars toys also from Mamaw and Papaw, Bakugan from Granna, and several movies. Although Breton is not thrilled about getting clothes, he got many because he has outgrown nearly everything he has. From shirts to underwear to socks. The kid was desperate!!! Caroline received many girly toys and of course the cutest clothes ever. She got her very 1st purse and doll. She enjoyed eating the wrapping paper much more than the presents. But that's o.k. She still had fun and looked adorable.

Bryson's 5th Birthday Party!
It seems that our kids always end up celebrating their birthdays for more than just one day. Since Bryson's birthday was the Monday after Thanksgiving this year, we had a party at the bowling alley on Sunday, and then a small family party on his actual day. For some, it was their first time bowling!!

It's Thanksgiving, It's Thanksgiving.....
This year we celebrated Thanksgiving at my folks and Beau's mom joined us in K-ville. Of course, we ate too much, but everything was delicious! My sister and I have a tradition of shopping on Black Friday, and this year, Linda went with us! We had a great time. (No pictures, however, to show you of our early morning run, but here's some of the kids!)

Posing for Halloween
Halloween, 2009
We have been very lucky over the past few years to have not had rain while "trick or treating". But our luck ran out this year! Although, it wasn't freezing cold, it was WET! And yet, the boys could have cared less. They were on a mission for candy, and that was all they were thinking about. We participated in our annual neighborhood parade, and it was only "drizzling". But when it was time to make our rounds, the rain picked up. At that point, Caroline stayed in with mamaw and papaw. The boys ended up with lots of candy and great memories. It's also a wonderful evening of seeing so many of our neighbors.

Our friends, Guy and Michelle Respess came and joined us for the evening. This is their children, Nathan and Chelsea.

So much fun....
